Disaster Plan Assessment

Assess the current plan's effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure it is up-to-date and compliant. The steps include gathering information about past disasters and stakeholder input, analyzing the data to identify strengths and weaknesses, developing recommendations for changes and required resources, implementing those changes and providing staff training, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
